After receiving the order, make pp sample and reconfirm all the details with the customer.
Cutting the material that confirmed by clients into pieces according to the product size.
After LOGO printing is completed and shipped back to the factory, the QC staff will be compared according to the LOGO pattern, color and size confirmed by the customer. If it is completely consistent with the specifications confirmed by the customer, the next process will be carried out. If it is inconsistent, it will be re-printed.
Waterproof bag product components are welded together using high-frequency welding process.
Fishing gear bags, Hiking bags and other conventional bag products will strictly control the sewing process
Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the large goods produced, such as “size, material, process”, etc., and strictly control the quality of the goods.
